Refund Policy

1. Standard Refund Terms

Products purchased from Adrais may be refunded only if cancelled within the following timeframe:

1.1. Annual Plans – With in thirty (30) days of the date of the transaction

1.2. Monthly Plans* – within forty eight (48) hours of the date of the transaction

*Monthly Plans include all plans with less than a 1 year term (e.g. 1 month, 3 month, etc.)

Date of the transaction,” for the purpose of this Refund Policy, means the date of purchase of any service or product, which includes the date of any renewal is processed by Adrais in accourdance with the terms and conditions of the applicable service or product agreement.

You may cancel a product at any time, but a refund will only be issued if cancellation is requested within the refund timeframe specified for the applicable product, if available at all.

Some products and or services have different refund policies and or requirements for a refund associated with them, including some products and or services that are NOT eligible for a refund under any circumstances. Below is a list of terms applicable to such products and or services.

This Policy is provided in the English language. To the extent any translation is provided to you, it is provided for convenience purposes only, and in the event of any conflict between the English and translated version, the English version will control and prevail.

2. Products and or Services With Special Refund Terms

2.1. Professional Web Design Services

Web Services: 40% cancellation fee when in progress, non-refundable once copmplete.

Logo Design: 50% cancellation fee when in progress, non-refundable once complete and artwork delivered.

2.2. Purchased product w/Free Domain or w/Free Hosting

In the event any purchased product that includes a free domain name and or free basic hosting, if you cancel the purchased product, the list price for the domain name and or basic hosting will be deducted from the refund amount. The list price is the price of the domain name and or basic hosting listed on Adrais’s website and is not subject to any promotion, discount, or other reduction in price.

2.3. Expert Services

If an Expert Service has already been performed, then it is non-refundable. If not yet performed, eligible within thirty (30) days of the date of transaction.

2.4. Hosting Service

If a Hosting Service has already been performed, then it is non-refundable. If not yet performed, eligible for a refund within thirty (30) days of the date of the transaction.

3. Products and or Services NOT Eligible For Refunds

3.1. Website Management Services

Comprises of postpaid services and as such are not eligible for refunds as, refunds are not issued for products and or Services already used. These Products and or Services are but not limited to all monthly subscriptions.

3.1.2. WebCare Pro

3.1.3. WebCare Enterprise

3.1.4. Website Security Checks (all plans and frequencies)

3.1.5. Website Performance Checks (all plans and frequencies)

3.1.6. Uptime Monitoring (all plans and frequencies)

3.1.7. Website Backups (all plans and frequencies)

3.1.8. SEO Rank Monitoring (all plans and frequencies)
